North Sawn Lumber Ltd. was formed in 2004 with the aim to leverage business growth through processing and treating Northland’s world renowned pinus radiata resources.

Located in Whangarei, North Sawn Lumber is backed by state-of-the-art plant technology processing sustainable, plantation grown Radiata pine.

CodeRight™ is North Sawn Lumber’s flagship brand introduced for customers to easily determine top quality products that are durable, manufactured from the best quality resource, number 1 grade guaranteed, and carry robust warranties for decay and insect attack.

North Sawn Lumber foresees the CodeRight™ brand becoming the national leader in quality pine weatherboards, mouldings, decking and other timber lines as they qualify to be sold under the CodeRight™ brand.

All CodeRight™ product is labelled once graded prior to leaving our plant.

North Sawn Lumber have two independent compliance auditing programs under which our products are produced. These systems ensure that the product is fit for purpose and manufactured in accordance with relevant New Zealand regulatory environment. These programs ensure compliance with New Zealand Standards, Industry Best Practice Guidelines and The Building Code. The programs are:

• Timber Treatment Program.
• Ministry of Primary Industries Bio Security Program.
• Verification of Timber Properties for structural timber products
